US Markets 16 Feb 19

On the weekly chart, US markets closed higher near to week-high.

BDI rebounded to 639 (15 Feb) from 601 (08 Feb)
Harpex closed higher at 499.18 (08 Feb) from 492.02 (01 Feb)

Dollar Index broke lhf in the weekly chart.
