US Markets 09 Feb 19

On the weekly chart, US markets closed higher with a small +roc.

BDI slumped down to 601 (08 Feb) from 905 (25 Jan)
Harpex closed higher at 492.02 (01 Feb) from 474.43 (18 Jan)

Dollar Index broke lhf in the weekly chart.

US govt had resumed but the COT data are one month old.  To avoid any misleading with out-dated data, COT charts will not be posted for sharing.
