US market closed higher.  Dow, S&P, and Nasdaq closed at a historic high.  Russell consolidating.

CCFI, BDI and CDFI closed lower while no change in Harpex.

The dollar index broke out and closed above 94.0 resistance with an outside day on the weekly chart.
