Dollar index still consolidating

On the weekly chart, the Dollar Index broke hlf and closed lower.  Dollar Index continues to consolidate.
Resistance at 99.8, TLU1, 100.3, 102.3, 106.7, 109.7
Support at 98.7, TLU4, 97.3, TLD1, 96.3, 95.0
