US market closed higher except for Dow closed lower.
On the weekly chart, Dow broke lhf and closed with a very small +roc.  S&P and Nasdaq broke pwh and the gain was trimmed before closing.  Russell broke lhf and closed with a +roc.

BDI closed lower.
