US Markets 28 Apr 18

On the weekly chart, US markets broke hlf, slumped down and losses were trimmed.
Harpex broke the Year 2015 high.  BDI continues to climb higher.
Dollar Index broke out.

Watch out for 03 May 0200 Hrs, US FOMC Statement and US Fed Interest Rate Decision.
